Born from a real practice,

HapMetrix began with a simple question: could the admin around specialist care feel less demanding? Built initially to support a behaviour analyst's day-to-day work, it became clear that many UK practitioners were navigating the same gaps.

So we set out to create a better kind of platform, one that takes the operational load seriously, respects the people behind every record, and gives independent practices the quality of tools they deserve.

Who is HapMetrix for?+

HapMetrix is for independent and growing behaviour analysis practices, tutors and the people who support them.

Is HapMetrix available now?+

Yes. Anyone can create an account and set up a practice.

How does HapMetrix support responsible practice?+

HapMetrix provides workflows for role-aware access, consent records, case history, documents and audit trails. Your practice remains responsible for its own policies, lawful basis and professional obligations.

How does Flexible Starter work?+

Flexible Starter is £6 per open case each month. It is metered to follow your open caseload, with no case cap.

How does Scale Annual work?+

Scale Annual is £1,600 per year and includes 30 case slots, with additional 10-case bundles available for £400 per year.

Do you offer enterprise solutions?+

Yes. If you need a tailored rollout, multi-team setup or support with specific organisational requirements, please contact us to discuss an enterprise solution.

Are practitioner seats limited?+

No. Practitioners are unlimited on every plan. Scale Annual also includes three back-office administrator seats.
